We were greeted warmly.upon entering the store. We shared with Angelica what we were looking for and why we needed a recliner. She was knowledgeable and showed us a variety of brands and she shared why she would recommend a Lazy Boy. She told us the pros of the one we purchased. We would recommend Angelica Rodriguez and Mathis Brothers Outlet fir your next purchase.

Angie was fantastic. We ran out of other stores because of the pressure from the sales teams. Angie lets us do the looking and was very helpful when we had questions. The process was quick and simple. When we said we would need to go home to measure and come back the next day we were not pressured to buy right then. Shopping for furniture is usually a nightmare but Angie made it super easy and the management team was also super helpful in our situation. 10/10 will do business with Angie in the future!

The customer service was outstanding. Not only from everyone who worked in the store, but the manager was just so helpful also. I cannot Say enough about the staff. We just left the store where the staff didn’t even look up from the counter. We ended up buying our bed for Mathis one for the quality and two because of such wonderful Customer Service. These guys were great! Jeremy was our sales guy and I truly couldn’t say enough good things about him. He was not one of those high pressure sales people you want to get away from. When I told him what I looking for he suggested things and would also let you know his favorite things around the store. You can’t go wrong with him as your sales guy. My plan was to look at the outlet store and then go to the main store right next door I bought all my furniture at the outlet store. Any furniture I will need in the future I will go to the outlet store first. They had so much to choose from They were awesome to work with. They have a forever customer from me. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Don greeted us at the door this weekend as we came in to look for new furniture for our new house. He guided us through each section of furniture we were looking to get. He was extremely helpful, informed, and engaging! He was able to help us get savings through the membership they offer there and walk us through all the different options for furniture for our new house! Don was very patient with us and his customer service is top tier! I 100000/10 would recommend him if you’re looking to find some good deals and furniture!
